At LuxuryBags Factory, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Return requests must be pre-approved by our customer service team.

Items that are used, damaged, or returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items with visible wear or use
  • Products without original packaging

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is defective.
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions before shipping the item.
  4. Ship the item to the return address provided. We do not cover return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments. Please use a tracked and insured shipping method.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If the item was returned due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent), we will refund the full amount including shipping

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, the order will be processed and shipped, and the return policy applies.
